The Army Human Resources Command and the Quartermaster Corps are looking for a stellar 92R (Parachute Rigger) Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) who qualifies to serve as a representative for the Training with Industry Program. The NCO, when selected, will represent Department of Defense (DOD) personnel at the Airborne Systems Operations Center, Santa Ana, CA. This NCO will gain extensive knowledge of the equipment and become the subject matter expert (SME). The intent is for the participant to apply the knowledge gained from the agency to train the Parachute Riggers at his/her follow on assignment for 24 months. In addition, the NCO will learn industry techniques for advanced parachute rigger skills and develop policies for integration of training within DOD.
